home sleep testing

A home sleep study (HST) is a sleep study used for the diagnosis and to guide treatment of obstructive sleep apnea. HST devices are portable and instructions are provided in the office. Patients will be self placing the device following instructions provided in the office and instructions materials guidelines included with the device taken home. The patients will return the device to the office for review by a sleep specialist.

Patients are evaluated and referred to local hospital pulmonary rehabilitation programs with routine monitoring and follow ups.

bronchoscopy services

Performed at Three Rivers Community Hospital to include diagnostic biopsies, stent placement, and endobronchial electrosurgery.

critical care consultation with hospital services

Critical care patients are followed at Three Rivers Community Hospital upon consultation.
